ABOUT THE BEAN:

Tarekegn Gutu continues his father’s legacy, owning 4.8 hectares of
coffee farming land in Yirgacheffe. He is one of the few young coffee
growers who invest time and effort in agronomy and processing to
produce high-quality coffee.

The high altitude and superior coffee varieties, combined with his
processing techniques and local climate, create unique flavour notes
of strawberry, apricot nectar and floral. A fruity and complex cup.
